Right of Withdrawal and Guarantees

As by D.L. No. 206/2005 on the Right of Withdrawal, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without giving reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date on which the buyer or a third party, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us of your decision to terminate this contract by means of an express statement, including the name, geographical address and, if available, the telephone and fax number and email. To do so, you can use the form of withdrawal form presented below, but it is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the term of withdrawal, it is sufficient that you send a notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.



If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you made to us, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery type from we offer) without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract.

These refunds will be made using the same means of payment you have used for the initial transaction, unless you have otherwise expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, it will not have to bear any cost as a consequence of such redemption. Refunds may be suspended until the receipt of the goods or until the consumer demonstrates that he or she has returned the goods if earlier.

Please send back the goods or deliver them to Hobo Coin without undue delays and in any case within 14 days of the day you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The term is respected if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. The direct cost of returning the goods will be to your cargo by carrier of your choice. The cost is estimated to be up to about 7 euros.

You are only responsible for the diminution of the value of the goods resulting from manipulation of the goods other than the one necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

In case of defective product conformity pursuant to article 129 of the Consumption Code, the legal warranty referred to in Articles 130 and 132 of the Consumption Code will apply. You have the right to repair, without expense, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement. In the event that such remedies fail, you are entitled to an appropriate reduction in the price or termination of the contract. You will be subject to these rights if you fail to report to Hobo Coin the default of within 2 months from the date you discovered the defect. Hobo Coin is responsible when the defect of conformity occurs within 24 months of delivery of the product. In any case, the action to claim the defects that Hobo Coin does not conceivably conceal is, in any case, within 26 months of delivery of the product.

You, or the recipient of the order, are invited to check the status of the parcel and the products at the time of delivery.

In case of anomalies of the package (damaged or open package, etc.) and / or ordered products (missing, defective or damaged products), you or the recipient of the order must return the products to Power Coin following the procedures described above. Failure to respect the correct procedure excludes any action against the carrier and / or Hobo Coin, including the right to redeem the order and / or return the ordered products.

You, or the recipient of the order, may alternatively call the Hobo Coin Customer Service at 340.9960906 to know how to return the product or damaged, non-conforming, and / or defective products. The procedure for returning damaged, non-compliant, and / or defective products will be indicated by the Hobo Coin Costumer Service and will be followed. Otherwise, you will not be able to claim any repayment or replacement of the products in question.
