This precious piece features a coloured image of the curious Bambi with the butterfly on his tail, and Thumper and his sisters watching excitedly. The bottom half of the forest background is in colour, and the top half has both frosted engraving and a mirror-finish, accentuating the silver beautifully. The engraving along the bottom confirms it’s of .999 fine silver and provides the Disney authentication. Turn to the obverse for the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Queen Elizabeth ll, confirming the coin as legal tender.

Officially licensed, it arrives in a special edition themed box which features the full frame of the image seen on the coin. On the back, you’ll find a Certificate of Authenticity and the coin’s unique number in the mintage of 1,942 – reflecting the year the film was released!
